But it got your attention. Of course, culture is vitally important to the short- and long-term success of any organization. However, equally important are operations. I'll go a step further, the chaos, dysfunction, and cost of poor processes and inefficiencies will erode even the best cultures. The Biden administration launched the SAVE Plan in 2023, which is a new income driven repayment plan that will reduce the number of borrowers making payments starting February 2024. Moreover, resistant strains pose a therapeutic challenge because effective alternatives to macrolides are lacking. An update on the epidemiological findings and therapeutic options for these strains will be presented. As medication policies and penalties evolve, it is important for veterinarians to know the guidelines for treating horses before and during performances. Location: Stagecoach Room CEU: 1 LECTURE 117: PASSIVE IMMUNIZATION AGAINST RHODOCOCCUS EQUI SPEAKER: Noah Cohen, VMD, MPH, PhD, DACVIM-LA In the absence of a vaccine, passive immunization remains the principal method for controlling and preventing R. equi pneumonia. An update on recommendations for passive immunization based on current knowledge and ongoing research for passive immunization will be presented. 10:00AM—10:50AM
