The ulcer on the cornea was due to physical irritation of the tumor contacting the corneal surface. This picture was taken four months after PDT. This picture is three months after PDT. Eyelid margin continues to remodel, and may require adjunctive therapy to completely resolve. Case #2: The first picture shows case #2 prior to PDT. The second picture is two months after PDT.
